This loop can be used for transmitting if it is made of copper tubing and if
the capacitor is specially constructed to have very low contact resistance.
Motorize the capacitor to QSY.  Try changing the analysis frequency to see why
operation with a fixed capacitance is impossible.  A resistive load can be used
at each pulse to model the distributed loss in the conductor.  This loss will
broaden the antenna bandwidth, making capacitor tuning less critical.
