Dimensions from the ARRL Antenna Book.  This antenna provides good
bidirectional gain at low angles if you have good quality earth.  The feed
impedance is relatively high, reducing ground connection losses at the
feedpoint.  In addition, the high current portions of the antenna are at the
top, keeping them away from any surrounding structures.
