Dimensions as given in the ARRL Antenna Anthology.  MN doesn't show this
antenna to be quite as broadband as claimed in the Anthology paper (SWR < 1.2
from 28.0 to 29.7 MHz).  The gain, and especially the F/B, could also be
improved by retuning the reflector.
